Herbed Grilled Chicken Breast

  • 4 6 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • In a large zipper bag, combine all the ingredients and toss to coat well. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Grill over medium high heat, turning ¼ turn before flipping to make criss-cross grill marks, until breasts are cooked through, about 7 minutes on each side. Or until internal temperature reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove from grill to plate and cover loosely w foil to rest 5 minutes.
