In a large zipper bag, combine all the ingredients and toss to coat well. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Grill over medium high heat, turning ¼ turn before flipping to make criss-cross grill marks, until breasts are cooked through, about 7 minutes on each side. Or until internal temperature reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove from grill to plate and cover loosely w foil to rest 5 minutes.
