South Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp PB Fit Peanut Powder
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except for PB Fit Peanut Powder in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until sugar is melted, reduce heat to low and simmer to reduce by 1/3. Remove from heat and add PB Fit Peanut Powder, whisk to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
