Summer Brew Butterbeer
Ingredients
- vanilla ice cream
- cream soda
- butterscotch ice cream topping
- 4 chilled glasses
Instructions
- Portion out 2-3 scoops of ice cream into each glass.
- Pour a generous amount of butterscotch directly over the ice cream, making sure to at least coat the top.
- Add enough soda to fill the glass and have a nice foamy head.
- Insert wide straw and long spoon and make it disappear! (poof)
