Roma tomatoes or 1 large tomato
diced

small white onion
finely diced

jalapenos, seeds and ribs removed OR 1 serrano pepper for spicier flavor

small bunch of cilantro
chopped
juice of 1 lime

canola oil
pinch of sugar or 1 tsp agave nectar

ground cumin
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and toss with a spoon. Taste for seasoning and add as needed.
Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
