Jelly Donuts

- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerator large biscuits (16.3 oz)
- oil in mister
- 1 1/4 cup good quality raspberry flavor jam (or other preferred flavor)
- powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Separate biscuits into 8 rounds. Spray both sides lightly with oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. Spray basket with oil and place rounds about 2” apart – for smaller air fryers only fry 3-4 rounds at a time.
- Air fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to wire rack to cool. Repeat with any remaining rounds.
- Fill a pastry or zipper bag with jam; use a small round tip to poke a small hole in the side of the donut, then fill the centers with jam. Dust with powdered sugar.
- Garnish with a small dollop of jam on the top of each donut.
- Serve immediately.
