Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 4 large apples well dried
  • 1 pkg caramel bits
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4 wooden skewers

Instructions

  • Insert one skewer into the stem end of each apple. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Place caramel bits in a medium saucepan. Add water and cook over medium-low heat for 3 mins or until caramel bits are completely melted, stirring constantly.
  • Dip apples into melted caramel and swirl gently to coat on all sides. Spoon caramel over the top and sides of the apple if necessary. Allow excess caramel to drip off. Place apples on the prepared sheet tray. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
